Crust: 8 tablespoons polenta
2 cups water

Sauce: 2 cups milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour

Toppings: 1 onion
3 mushrooms
1 roma tomato
1 lb bacon
