2 Fillets of your choice
1 tablespoon diced Red Onion
1 Diced Roma Tomato
1 Pinch Cilantro
1 Diced Garlic Clove
1 Diced Mango
1 Lime
Dash of Old Bay seasoning
Flour for dredging fish
olive oil
