Happy Halloween!! Candied Sweet Potatoes



Happy Halloween!! The kids are going to love this one!! Maybe not!

1 sweet potato
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
