Crabmeat Stew



1 cup crabmeat
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons butter
1 garlic clove
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/8th cup onion
1/8th cup green pepper
1/2 cup diced tomato
1 cup half & half
salt and pepper to taste
