Beef & Cheese Manicotti



1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup mixed bell peppers and onions
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
2 garlic cloves
1 8 oz pkg manicotti pasta
2 cups marinara sauce
salt & pepper to taste
