Lentil Soup



2 cups lentils
2 tablespoons Knox Black Pepper Dry Rub
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 cup onion
4 slices bacon
1 14oz can of tomatoes
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons evoo
8 cups water
salt & pepper to taste
